I am so lucky that a couple of my friends have been willing to post their results to my blog. My first friend to send info was David (see his studly pictures below) my next friend is Danielle. She is officially down 20lbs, 5 of which she can thank AdvoCare and the 24 day challenge. She is also down to a size 10 pant size!!!
